All items are shipped within 24 hours of order (excluding weekends and public holidays)

For custom products: I create it within 48 hours then send you a photo once I've finished it. Then it's up to you: as soon as I receive your validation, it is shipped (always excluding weekends and public holidays)

You can customize necklaces, bracelets, bag jewelry, charms, earrings, and rings. It's easy:

Go here, and you just have to click on the product of your choice: you will then have access to the selection of chains and charms, and thanks to the preview, you can arrange your pendants as you wish and get a glimpse of the final look of your product (proportions may vary slightly from the actual result, but I always send you a photo once it's finished for your approval). Once you've made your choice, all you have to do is add it to your cart, and I'll make it for you!

Delivery to a relay point is free, with no minimum purchase, for all deliveries within Metropolitan France

For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated and announced at the time of basket validation
